Project Workspace Areas for online accounts

After you have published your survey you will move into your Project Workspace Area.

Your Project Workspace Area contains the online surveys you have available. All online surveys are managed as projects and you can have multiple surveys per project, and multiple projects depending on your account settings.

Understanding Project Workspace Areas

In Cxoice an online survey needs to include a questionnaire, but also controls for how to set up contact methods, how to set the survey to live, for monitoring fieldwork and for reporting and extracting data.

Each survey exists in a Project Workspace Area. A PWA can include team members and documents relating to the survey (if required). For power users, access and permissions can be set up for each PWA.

Many project areas are just used for the survey alone. However, within your project area, you can also add information pages, upload documents, add images or video resources.

Each project can also have members added, which can allow you to create log-ins for clients or colleagues working on the project.

A project can also have multiple surveys (subject to account limits) so you can group a set of surveys per language or per panel in one area, and then monitor and analyse them together as a set.

For agencies, projects are grouped into different client areas, giving a full project management structure, with access controls that can include allowing clients to access their projects, For telephone interviewing you can also add interviewers and provide access to your project depending on role.
