Beyond forms - smarter survey formats

While Cxoice can easily create online web-surveys, it can also create surveys that work smarter and that go beyond just filling in a form.

Cxoice has options for web-assisted surveys where an interviewer and a participant work through a questionnaire together, under the control of the interviewer.

It can extend this to video-accompanied surveys where the interviewer or moderator can see the webcam and screen of the person they are talking to while completing the survey.

While this sounds like a Zoom or video conferencing approach, in Cxoice the interviewer or moderator can control the flow of the questionnaire, and contents on the interviewers screen can be different to the content and tasks shown to the respondent. The video call is also started within Cxoice, rather than both parties needing to pre-prepare a Zoom session, where the participant controls the sharing of their screen.

Video-accompanied surveys can also be taken into self-service video-accompanied surveys where a participant starts a camera and records themselves completing a survey page-by-page, with Cxoice recording their screen, audio and reactions.

This then leads to Conversational AI based surveys where AI is added to the mix, either to act as an interviewer or moderator, or to pop up with chat or prompts at key points in the survey.

Video and audio can be captured, transcribed and summarised and then used in conjunction with the survey answers to add layers of depth to quantitative surveys.

This can all also be done while using a Web-overlay survey where the participant is giving ratings and feedback on a real website with our web-overlay question types, or on top of video rating type questions using video dial formats and stickers.
