Fast-build Questionnaires with Cxoice Wizards

Cxoice allows you to build standardised typical questionnaires quickly, using the Wizard system, and provides options to build with AI or via an Import from Word option.

 

Building with the Questionnaire Wizard

 

The first option for building a questionnaire is our Questionnaire Wizard. This generates the standard types of questionnaire that are typical for many market research projects and uses a structured (non-AI) approach to create typical market research questionnaires with a ‘wine-glass’ funnel approach (general to detail questions).

 

First choose a name and the type of questionnaire you want, then double check the questions suggested, before answering some questions and Cxoice will generate a questionnaire for you.

 

If you are agency or advanced users, contact us about implementing a custom questionnaire library with standardised question types that can be used to ensure standardised wording and approaches are used in your corporate questionnaires for consistency and replicability purposes across projects.

 

Building with AI (* online accounts only)

 

Cxoice will generate questionnaires via AI using ChatGPT to create a questionnaire that can be directly edited and refined in the Questionnaire Creator.

 

Click the Build with AI option and describe the type of questionnaire you want. Be as specific as you can be the better about the questionnaire requirements, as AI needs to interpret the things that might be important in what you want to measure.

 

 

Building from Word Documents (* online accounts only)

 

Many people still use Word documents to write questionnaires before sending them out for programming, instead of writing the questionnaire directly in a survey creation package, so importing from Word is a common request.

 

Cxoice will generate questionnaires from Word documents via AI. Click the Build from Word option and upload your current Word document and Cxoice will convert it into a real questionnaire.

 

Generally, we always recommend creating questionnaires directly in Cxoice, as this makes it easier to check questionnaire flow and to manage more modern, more visual question types.

 

Cxoice questionnaires can be copied and pasted directly into Word using the Print/Copy option where you need a Word-type document for review or comments.
