Create an HTML app/ FormApp

In addition to saving the questionnaires definitions locally, they can also be saved as an runnable HTML app/FormApp.

 

The "Save as FormApp" option creates a single HTML file that contains a javascript version of the questionnaire that can be saved and run on individual devices in a web-browser. This allows the questionnaire to be used on portable computers, tablets or mobile phones for off-line data capture without needing to connect to the Cxoice server.

 

In addtion the HTML app can also added to a third-party website by uploading the HTML file, but without needing to connect to the Cxoice webserver.

 

Examples of the type of HTMLapp you can build and use online include quizzes, job quoting, application forms, checklists, and question-and-answer systems. To capture data from the HTMLapp on the third-party server requires a ‘data connector’ script which can be obtained from our technical team.
