Project and knowledge management

Live-data reporting

Cxoice surveys can be shared via live-data presentations where results can be examined and drilled-down directly to allow for exploring data in more detail. Serverless Surveys

Cxoice Surveys are not just for web-surveys and telephone surveys and contacts. Cxoice surveys can be created and used without needing a connection to a server back-end. Our standalone HTML questionnaires have all the standard features, like pagination, routing, text-piping and calculations but just work within a browser with no network connection needed, collecting data from one or several surveys and then allowing the data to be saved or uploaded later.

Advanced features and fully customisable data collection

Cxoice can be used at a number of different levels. For everyday use, the Survey Editor is a fast and easy way to create Cxoice-based Surveys. However, advanced features like Conjoint Analysis or MaxDiff, heatmaps and image and video-based questions are only available online, to signed up customers. For customers who need to go beyond the everyday, all Cxoice surveys can be fully scripted and customised, with unique question types, complex layouts such as e-commerce mock-ups, or features like injection into running websites.

 

Datastream data capture

Companies running large numbers of surveys can find it difficult to combine or blend survey data from one survey to the next, or to combine survey data with other data sources for deeper analysis. Cxoice uses a 'datastream' approach which means that data can be easily pooled across surveys, making it easier to aggregate data for a bigger picture.
